Mr. Nork was the founder and owner of Talavid Inredningar AB in Sweden and had worked closely with the iconic designer Børge Mogensen for many years. The two became close friends and Mogensen was very involved in the planning of an extension that was made to the Nork family home in Bankeryd in the 60s.
